Harmony At Home is pleased to have Vickie Avila serving as the full-time counselor at Rancho Cielo. She uses a variety of different counseling methods to positively impact the students in all aspects of their lives. Her Social-emotional counseling methods guide the students in taking ownership & responsibility for their actions. The impact of the work is helping our youth break cycles of violence, abuse and poverty which leads to a more positive outlook on their futures and lives.
